I offer transformative energy and bodywork sessions. With gentle guidance, soothing music, and physical manipulation, we create a harmonious flow within your body, awakening a sense of unfamiliar connectedness.

All sessions are one-on-one and they take up to 90 minutes, during this time I will combine breath-, body-, and energywork based on what your body tells me it needs. Every sessions is different, yet exactly what is needed in this moment.
I try to abstain from using voice during our sessions, as it’s not necessary. Your body can tell me what it needs and desires, and the less you are in your head the more profound the impact. -
Everyone has experienced trauma in their life, some of us are aware, most of us are not.
The very core of my service is based around experiencing safety.
Before the session we will discuss any physical or emotional trauma’s that I need to be aware off, and I always pay close attention to the signals your body tells me. -
How can I prepare?
- Try not to eat big meals two hours prior.
- Wear unrestrictive clothing.
- Take a silent walk before the session to check in with your state.
What can I do afterwards?
- Plan some time for integration
- Treat your body to nurishing food and drinks.
What if it gets too intense?
- You are in control, I can only work with what is allowed to be seen. The more you open yourself, the bigger the impact.
